If I may: what are some activities that those ages 14-18 enjoy engaging in here?
If you're in that age range, or have been in the past, what was a typical day like at home for you at that time?

Are you employed here? If so, what is it you do? Does it align with your skills and interests? Did you have any experience when you began it?

Pranks, arcade games, beating each other up, joining a street gang, drugs and/or smoking, and having sex.

Some likely have some manner of occupation to earn money to spend on frivolous trinkets or to impress their friends.

Uh, well, usually at home I'd be hanging out with my friends. We'd have school, and then like, hang out, get something to eat, go the arcade, do our homework...stuff like that.

Here it's kinda the same thing, but without school. But there is the clubhouse and that usually has a lot of stuff going on.

there's an arcade that a lot of people like. i tend to prefer the library, though.

there's also a teens with powers club that hangs out sometimes. if you can't do anything special you can probably still get in and hang out. or do other stuff at the club building.

I do enjoy the library. It's been very helpful since my arrival.

I'm 13 and I have a job. I run the casino as head of security. I've had plenty of experience throwing annoying losers into the dirt

At home I mostly teach kids earthbending or act as backup for my friends when they get into trouble

I need to get a job still 🥹 but I've not had one before and don't know how to get one.

I was concerned about it, but obtaining a job doesn't seem terribly difficult here if my experience has been at all typical.

arcade got recommended a few times, but movie theater too.

but it's more than just going to these places. you have to know the right way to experience it. like when you watch a movie, you gotta have the biggest popcorn bucket and soda. or else you're doing it wrong.

i've mostly been doing a lot of punching idiots who want to end or take over the world the past few years honestly
but snacks, games, and movies about covers it otherwise i think
sparring if i get a chance, too
it's definitely more fun when the other person's not trying to kill you

anyway i've mostly just been doing odd jobs here and there
less annoying than keeping to a schedule anyway

Those two groups of things are very different from one another.
I don't believe I've ever considered sparring fun, but I do appreciate being able to keep up my training.

back home it was mostly just hanging around. Here I guess it's the same. Sometimes I check out cooking club.

I work at the Casino. Basically making sure customers feel like they're being paid attention to so they stick around longer. I'm just doing it 'cause my friend runs the place and it needs doing.

No. I've been informed that it might be a good idea to treat this as an opportunity to experience life as I wouldn't be able to at home. I've never been around people my age, though.

But generally, I'm also trying to learn more about people.
