Are you employed here? If so, what is it you do? Does it align with your skills and interests? Did you have any experience when you began it?

It's not difficult. You are checking people to make certain they are above the legal age limit and they are not smuggling in prohibited items into the bar.

You're in for a culture shock when people genuinely care for you and your well-being just because it is in their nature to do so.

To some degree. People find me unsettling, though, I think.

Have they told you as much? I've met many unsettling people in my time.

It's mostly my own observation.
Although I have been called a robot occasionally.
