If I may: what are some activities that those ages 14-18 enjoy engaging in here?
If you're in that age range, or have been in the past, what was a typical day like at home for you at that time?

Are you employed here? If so, what is it you do? Does it align with your skills and interests? Did you have any experience when you began it?

That explains much. I will provide some structure with a job. It will fill a few hours of the day for him.

Checking ID's and for prohibited items for customers coming into my bar. Basic greetings and hand motions are all that are required.
