It seems I'm not the only one who was contacted for "sentencing," so I'd like to pool our information. I was contacted by someone named "Jerry" and told to go to City Hall. How many others received a similar order? I know it wasn't everyone, but maybe we can get an accurate count. Were you asked to meet with the same person, or someone different?

If anyone else feels comfortable sharing what their "sentence" was, that could also be useful. Mine was to investigate people I'm close to for evidence of crimes. 

[His tone is carefully neutral, but he doesn't seem thrilled about that. Loyalty... he still doesn't see any way to consider it a crime. Now he's being asked to atone for something like that?

... Anyway. What else does he need to add? He thinks about it for a moment, frowning softly, and then adds:]

Last thing. Does anyone who was summoned remember what happened inside the building?

[From Kotone's (relatively) subdued bearing, it's pretty obvious she must have gotten a summons, too. Her smile just barely touches her eyes as she props her chin in one hand, the other supporting her tablet for the video itself.]

It was the same for me. I can't remember most what we talked about inside that room, either.

[Sentencing...It's been held over their head for some time now, but it's finally happening, so it seems. While nothing happened to her, she knows someone it did happen to, though she has yet to get all the second hand details of what happened to Jinx through Vi.]

I know of one other person it's happened to so far. As for details, I'm afraid I don't have any of those.

[As if Jinx would open up and talk to her lol. She's been waiting to hear what Vi's learned, but this is a good alternative for the moment.]

This is the first time anyone's been called for sentencing, isn't it? At least, that I'm aware of.

It feels like a memory from a different life at this point, the whole bullshit with the System pulling in people from other worlds... He almost forgot about all that, honestly. He briefly wonders if the people he's met there would even have any memory of him, considering what happened later...

Shit, I didn't get anything like that. They didn't mess you up or anything at City Hall, right? [He considers the idea of blasting the place if it hurt his friends, but uh, probably not the best idea. Scott recognizes that much.]

I know you don't remember, but you'd still the after effects and everything.

No harm done. I'm glad you weren't involved, Scott. So far, it seems like fewer people were summoned than not...I can't tell yet whether that's a good or a bad thing.

It looks as though they actually plan to do it. As for what'll happen... [He shakes his head.] It's hard to say either way. If I find out, I'll let you know.
