If anyone else feels comfortable sharing what their "sentence" was, that could also be useful. Mine was to investigate people I'm close to for evidence of crimes.

It depends on the situation. In a shop, it relaxes you and makes the place seem more lively. In a dark alley, I think hearing music would be alarming.
