I am conducting some research as I have just learned that death is not a permanent feature here. I realize this is likely not a new fact to many of you, but the revelation is impressive to me. As such, I would like to get a bit more insight from others here.

I request that this form be filled out as truthfully as possible for means of research. Of course, I expect some of you will have a sense of humor about it as well. I do not mind, but please try to keep it honest. It will be appreciated.

Most people only die the once and only at the very ends of their existence. That people might be uneasy about sharing the details is...understandable.

No offense is taken at all. Reluctance and doubts are healthy to have, I think. It means that person is a survivor. There is strength in that.

I am merely a scientist. A researcher. It would be unimaginable for me to force someone to tell me anything. So, if you do not wish to, I will understand.

I was requested to bake cakes. Though perhaps that wouldn't be a bad idea. Most people are not used to dying more than once, after all.
