I am conducting some research as I have just learned that death is not a permanent feature here. I realize this is likely not a new fact to many of you, but the revelation is impressive to me. As such, I would like to get a bit more insight from others here.

I request that this form be filled out as truthfully as possible for means of research. Of course, I expect some of you will have a sense of humor about it as well. I do not mind, but please try to keep it honest. It will be appreciated.

Please also expect follow up questions, but I will understand if you choose to refuse any follow up answers.

No offense, Sugar, but a person's death is a bit of a personal thing for sum folks, along with a gal's weight. There's some things in life you just don't ask.

No offense is taken at all. Reluctance and doubts are healthy to have, I think. It means that person is a survivor. There is strength in that.

I am merely a scientist. A researcher. It would be unimaginable for me to force someone to tell me anything. So, if you do not wish to, I will understand.

Your turns of phrases are most interesting and endearing.

My research falls into many realms. Primarily, I was focused on the Abyss of my world, which bears no meaning here. Such as covering flora, fauna, and other aspects of the Abyss that do not currently apply to Aldrip. However, I hoped that my unique experiences there might be of assistance here.

Death, to me, is something I have been through more than once. It would be nice to relate that to someone else. Perhaps that is too personal?

To some, yea. Like I said, talkin about your death or what you've experienced ain't no picnic or a stroll in Central Park with a hot dog and coke. Brings a lot of bad memories, some might want to forget and focus on livin.

Well, I'm certainly not one who would think it is beneficial to force others to respond. Clearly, they are able to simply not fill out my questions?

You're right. They don't gotta respond, and as long as you ain't lower than a snake's belly in a wagon rut, and wind up doing sumthing fishy with the information you're given, Mr. Scientist, then who am I to bellyache?
