Ever wanted to have CR with a character and wasn't sure how to get them to cross paths? Wanted a dating app so you can hook up with hot people? Wanted to just find friends because you're a lonely bastard?

With the update of the tablets and the apps, we now have a dating / friendship app called OKCINDR! Players can use it as they please for the two months that it's up -- just imagine that they're profiles to swipe right on and everything. The idea is to encourage CR that may be difficult to get with characters who may or may not be interested in events / posts / logs / other network posts.

So, on January 2nd, characters randomly look back at their tablets to see the following:

This month, if players reset their profile, they will have a list of questions to answer:

- What is the maximum amount of sheep you have counted when trying to fall asleep?
- Is it harder to forgive yourself, or to forgive others?
- How strongly do you feel that the past defines a person?
- What is your dream?
- Why would an android's dream contain electric sheep? Are they particularly drawn to livestock animals?
- If you could return to one specific moment in your life, would you?
- How do you wake up from a dream?
- Please
- Wake up
- You must wake up

Players, of course, are able to ignore this message. However, if a character wouldn't fill it out but a player would like to participate... the profile mysteriously resets itself. There may even be responses sent from Character A to Character B without Character A actually doing anything, if you'd like! This is a completely opt-in scenario! But for players who would like to participate fill out the post:

- How strongly do you feel that the past defines a person? okay I am DONE with this. I know you're already collecting data on us. our every move is being tracked. there's no way we're not already being examined by the system. what's the point behind asking us more of these stupid questions??

that doesn't mean it's not a trick. I thought they were silly and harmless at first, but there's no way that's true.

But assuming that anything that happens here is "silly" or "harmless" seems... unwise.

wellll things can still get pretty silly here. did you see all the decorations last month? and the missile toads?

Do you mean the coffins that real, living people were confined into? And the toads that stuck people in places and forced them to do their bidding to free themselves?

You'll forgive me if I find neither of those things particularly amusing.

oh nah the coffins were weird. but the toads were my little buddies! they just wanted to be entertained, and I even got a few kisses out of it.

To each their own, then. I have better uses for my time than being stuck at the mercy of armed amphibians.

don't worry, they're gone now. I went looking and couldn't find a single one. that doesn't mean you won't be at the mercy of something ELSE though. plenty of weird stuff happens here, so keep an eye out.

Yes, so I have been told. A friend has been here for quite some time, and her notes are thorough.

I'm glad someone's taking notes. we still don't know a lot about this place, and if we ever want to get out of here we'll need all the help we can get.

And what makes you think we can get out of here at all? That we are not simply copies of ourselves, created from the original psyche, locked in here like mice in a cage?

'cause a couple of months ago, we got a look outside. a crack opened up, big enough that I was able to stick my arm through it and feel around on the floor on the other side.

I even went tiny and tried to hop through it - I'm a shapeshifter, so that wasn't a big deal - but trying to escape knocked me out. it still proved that we oughta be able to safely leave if we can get that crack opened back up... and disable whatever's keeping us from fully going through it.

Ain't no different from the government. But there ain't much we can do about it now... sides figure out what caused that crack you saw in the first place.

but the security at the mansion was good enough that the government couldn't spy on us.... right???

I'm hopin so, less Hank started slippin. But glad he ain't here to hear me say that.

Hank always has about five different projects on his mind at once, so I wouldn't be surprised. how often does he forget where he left his reading glasses??

I think I found his glasses in the fridge once.

heheh, exactly. his head's so full of everything else that he forgets about mundane things a little too often.

Well, he ain't the only one. I've seen to remember a certain someone who forgot in the Danger Room that they could turn into someone with wings that one time they were fallin from the sky.

I wonder who that could be.

hey!! you try remembering to use limbs that you don't normally walk around with. it's not easy!

Well, I've always had limbs, so it'd be hard for me to not remember. :P

having wings on your back is like having an extra set of arms. you should've seen me trying Spiral's form for the first time, I was dropping stuff all over the place until I learned better coordination.
