Does anyone know where this is? Because I've never been here before and I'm pretty sure it's not where the door to my house opens up to.
I think I'm lost.
And my front door is gone.
This is still Aldrip, right?
[There's an image of a street corner somewhere deep in the Entertainment district]
HELP!!!
[He'll just be kind of pathetically wandering the streets for a bit, trying not to panic.]

Then what's the difference between one building and another at that point?

But it's nice to have something familiar to hang on to. Something I can at least call home while I'm here. Especially since things are so weird.
I mean, I painted it and everything. It's a mark at least.

[ It's not a sceptical question.
.. for once, anyway. Ange figures there might be a chance Tsuna's house is still around at least somewhat in its original state, but.. ]
I feel like pretty much everything changed.
no subject
[He'd still probably repaint though. Give himself something to do.]
A lot definitely did, so it would be nice to find something that stays the same.

On the other hand, even Ange would feel way too cruel saying that, so she keeps the words to herself.
Instead she writes: ]
It kind of sounds like you're homesick.
no subject
[He is very homesick. He misses Namimori a lot. He misses his friends a lot.
It's hard keeping your chin up sometimes.]
no subject
Ange knows she should probably say something encouraging right now. But she can't. Honestly-- she's never been good at that sort of thing. It's more likely she'd screw up and accidentally say something hurtful.
So Ange doesn't even attempt that. Instead she thinks for a moment. ]
Well, if you're so homesick, we could see if we can figure out a way to escape this world and go back home.
[ Sure, the chances of that seem very small after they've been here for so long and haven't found a clue as to how to get back home.
But the city changed. It's got to mean something. Maybe there's something to be found out there. It's one of those thoughts Ange has to make sure to cling on to. ]

Just a lot's been going on in the meantime.
But, if you've got a lead or something, we could look into that.
no subject
It's got to mean something. Especially when it looked the same way for a long time, and now it's all suddenly different. That doesn't happen for no reason, and even less so right after all of us had our memories messed with.
no subject
I mean. I guess there's city hall and all that...
no subject
You could ask the locals about the changes, or about something else. We could investigate to see if there's any building here that has something odd about it. There's city hall, like you mentioned.
There's a whole lot to look into, so it doesn't matter where you start. At some point at least one of us is bound to find something.
no subject
I guess I can try asking around a bit. I need to get used to this new place anyway.
I'm a little wary of buildings right now.
[Doors don't seem to be agreeing with him at the moment.]
no subject
What do you mean by that?
[ Ange isn't sure whether she's really spotted anything to be wary about here yet. Not when it comes to.. buildings in particular, anyway. And she can't help but ask, wondering if there is something she should be keeping an eye out for.
.. or if this is just some clumsy Tsuna thing. You never know. ]
no subject
Lately when I've been going through doors, I end up...not where I expect to end up.
Like, right now? I expected to be in front of my house. And I'm really not.
no subject
[ Duh, Ange. ]
Maybe it's some weird side effect. I mean, this entire place changed its look out of nowhere. I don't know what exactly is powering this place that it was able to do that, but maybe it caused some other things to get all weird in the process.
[ A pause, and then, clearly so reassuring: ] Or there's just something wrong with you specifically.
no subject
I really hope it's the former and it'll stop once this is all sorted and not the latter.
I have enough weird things in my life already
no subject
I mean, I don't think this place is ever going to be normal.
no subject
But you may be right about that
[Resignation is almost felt through the text.]
no subject
If it really bothers you, maybe a temporary solution would be to just camp outside in a tent or something? I don't think that would count as using a door. Unless you really hate camping.
[ Ange does, so!! You know, she'd understand that! ]
no subject
[There's definitely been a few, not so great experiences. Usually ending with an explosion.]
But I might have to if I can't get home. Solve two problems at once?
no subject
After all, even if it may be easy for some to forget, we are still captives here. I'm not surprised they would make things more difficult for us.
no subject
[It certainly isn't if your name is Tsunayoshi Sawada.]
no subject
But you can always still make things as easy as possible on yourself under whatever circumstances anyway.
no subject
no subject
Make yourself a problem.
[ Now that's the code Ange lives by, even if people might not necessarily assume so, considering how good she is at staying calm on the outside.. No one knows about the chaos gremlin deep down. ]
