Does anyone know where this is? Because I've never been here before and I'm pretty sure it's not where the door to my house opens up to.

I guess I can try asking around a bit. I need to get used to this new place anyway.

I'm a little wary of buildings right now.

[Doors don't seem to be agreeing with him at the moment.]

[ Ange isn't sure whether she's really spotted anything to be wary about here yet. Not when it comes to.. buildings in particular, anyway. And she can't help but ask, wondering if there is something she should be keeping an eye out for.

Lately when I've been going through doors, I end up...not where I expect to end up.

Like, right now? I expected to be in front of my house. And I'm really not.

Maybe it's some weird side effect. I mean, this entire place changed its look out of nowhere. I don't know what exactly is powering this place that it was able to do that, but maybe it caused some other things to get all weird in the process.

[ A pause, and then, clearly so reassuring: ] Or there's just something wrong with you specifically.

I really hope it's the former and it'll stop once this is all sorted and not the latter.

Just wondering: what would 'sorted' mean in this case to you?

I mean, I don't think this place is ever going to be normal.

I guess it's hard to tell when that specifically might be over.

If it really bothers you, maybe a temporary solution would be to just camp outside in a tent or something? I don't think that would count as using a door. Unless you really hate camping.

I can't say it's my favourite thing.

[There's definitely been a few, not so great experiences. Usually ending with an explosion.]

But I might have to if I can't get home. Solve two problems at once?

Maybe it's just one of those 'better than nothing' situations.

After all, even if it may be easy for some to forget, we are still captives here. I'm not surprised they would make things more difficult for us.

You're right, it's not.

But you can always still make things as easy as possible on yourself under whatever circumstances anyway.

Then you blow right back up at those things.
