Does anyone know where this is? Because I've never been here before and I'm pretty sure it's not where the door to my house opens up to.
I think I'm lost.
And my front door is gone.
This is still Aldrip, right?
[There's an image of a street corner somewhere deep in the Entertainment district]
HELP!!!
[He'll just be kind of pathetically wandering the streets for a bit, trying not to panic.]

This is still Aldrip. [Avalon’s voice is flat and rigid. They know where they are, but that is the only thing they can be certain of at the moment. Their memories are jumbled together, each life in their mind insisting that it is the one they should believe.
They did not know that there was more than one form of apathy until now. The lack of emotion that they had in one of their lives was a void that could never be filled. This apathy is different — it forces itself into every corner of their being, as if filling their body with ice or stone. Everything inside them is frozen and there is not enough room to feel.
They lay on their bed, the only part of their room that is not covered with papers and books, completely still.] Everything must have changed somehow. [The world that they see outside is different from the one they left, regardless of which life is real. They know that it changed, even if they cannot tell what the original world looked like.]
Video
That's good to know. But somehow is kind of an understatement.
Everything's changed in a big way!

We have no idea why. All we know is that reality was glitching, and now it has changed.
[They were trying to clarify, and they know how to show that, but faking the emotional expression would take energy that they do not have. Even breathing is exhausting.
That is some proof that their supernatural life is the one that is real — their body does not need air. They have not moved in almost a day, but they have no need for food. They could lay here forever and not die.]

[He waves vaguely.]
And I'm gonna guess reality hasn't stopped glitching.
no subject
I have no idea whether or not it has stopped glitching, but I do not recognize the place that you showed us. [They have yet to leave their room.]
no subject
[But it's not the weirdest thing that's ever happened to him.]
Thanks anyway though. I don't suppose you can look up a map?

The devices that we all woke up with could have one.

Are there maps?
no subject
[... and then there's a screenshot of the home page being sent to Tsuna. it looks like a typical sort of cell phone screen, and an icon is circled on it.]
its called mAPPs
dumb af name tho
no subject
But at least it's something.
[A pause as he figures out the app, and seems to have found a route. He hopes.]
Was Aldrip always this big?
The map's different from what I remember

[ It's weird - William feels like he knows the place, and yet he also knows he hasn't been down that street himself. ]
Any other landmarks you can show us?
no subject
Uh...Does this sign work?
[A picture is sent along of a large sign with flashing neon lights, alternating between Hearts and stars.]
no subject
[ insert other notable landmark and a street name ]
If you follow it down and turn right, you should reach the main street. I think? Assuming the place doesn't change again.
no subject
Has it been doing that?
[It would be worse than Melone base if it did. Still, he follows the directions.]

The buildings aren't changing anymore, are they?

[ .. Not that.. that's actually such an easy thing to do, but Ange presents it in such a business-like way, like it really is that simple to her.. ]
Shouldn't be a problem.

It would be weird to just claim another.]

Then what's the difference between one building and another at that point?
no subject
But it's nice to have something familiar to hang on to. Something I can at least call home while I'm here. Especially since things are so weird.
I mean, I painted it and everything. It's a mark at least.
no subject
[ It's not a sceptical question.
.. for once, anyway. Ange figures there might be a chance Tsuna's house is still around at least somewhat in its original state, but.. ]
I feel like pretty much everything changed.

[He'd still probably repaint though. Give himself something to do.]
A lot definitely did, so it would be nice to find something that stays the same.
