anon text ➡ not a shitpost this time
A question for the Chosen: why have you not banded together already? Some arrivals go back to almost a year, and yet you're still here. You're not without skill. There are summoners, magic users, and bomb makers in this city. Directed efforts could surely overpower our captors if there was direction.
Possibly there are those who want to stay here. Those who are dead in the world that they come from. But what of the ones who want to go home? What do they say? Are they just content to live their lives here while they have unfinished business at home?
It's possible that some of the lack of action is complacency. But others... may be a lack of leadership. Instead of waiting around for someone to save you, have you considered that you might be able to take charge of your situation? What holds you back? The Council? Jerry? That is one man, and an entity that we haven't seen thus far.
For now, it's food for thought. But I'd be interested to know who would actually be interested in leaving this place, instead of playing house in a world that dictates their actions. For those who may want to stay... what would life be like without the "Council" watching your every move?

[he already has decided he likes Ange. her text is extremely informative, and you better bet this nerd is writing everything down. some of it he had already gathered, some of it were things that he'd suspected or found out to himself, but with more details to it. he still wonders if Geass is still at play here, especially with the Council... but he's starting to think it's not likely. there are too many people with other abilities here to pin down one specific one.
the locals bit doesn't surprise him, and he figured the crimes were more than likely a farce. so he focuses on the Council and the groups from before.]

[ Maybe she is curious as to whether this person cares enough to reveal themselves to her or not.
It's kind of an interesting thought. ]
As for the latter, I have circumstancial proof. I found gravestones. They had various names on them, but rather than containing dates like your ordinary gravestone, they had cycle numbers on it.
Call me morbid, but I find it hard to assume that doesn't mean they aren't cycling through groups of people here. Like test subjects, or something like that.

[he's not sure she'll go for it, but it's worth a shot.]
I do wonder what ended those cycles, if what you say is correct. Did they fail the test, or did they get too close to the truth?
[not that it's going to deter him either way.]
I do like puzzles. This world is giving me some interesting ones.

Ange sure doesn't mind speculating about this stuff. She thinks it's kind of interesting, and in the case of a lack of further material and evidence, speculation is just about the only thing they got to try and learn more about this place until more information appears.
But there's something else her mind gets stuck on first. ]
Why would you even need a proxy?
Is someone here out to kill you or something?
[ Why the weird dramatics, Lelouch. They're not in some spy movie right now. ]

Just in case. Some of the Chosen on this post has threatened bodily harm to me, after all.

[ Does that make it.. better? Worse?
Maybe Ange's implication is just that it means they're not very likely to actually go through on it. ]
If you're really smarter than most of them, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. It's not difficult to outwit them.

Lelouch obviously can't hear it, since this is text and all, but Ange is definitely sighing out loud. Just to herself. Dramatic teen and all. ]
If you're really so wary about all this, I'm willing to come to a place you pick or whatever else you'd find safe.
As long as it's not something as dumb as me having to talk to a proxy. We're not international spies.
Also, I can summon demons, so if you're really just a reasonable guy who's looking to learn more about this place and find a way out, I'll keep anyone else away from you with those while we meet.
