I am curious now, considering what this world is for and what it attempts to do.
Is there a crime you would consider unforgivable? What would it be?
And if that isn't the case, what is your idea of repatriation?
Please, share your thoughts.

[ He has. Some experience in that regard, um. ]
But that doesn't change the fact it makes things more complicated, one way or another.
[ He still stands by his original comment, if he was asked about forgiving his little siblings? That would become a whole separate conversation. ]

It was not just her. I spoke to the ones I had abused and they too had forgiven me.

[ He does have to wonder... ]

As for being special . . . I would not say so either.

[ He's not much of a pacifist, but that doesn't mean he's not aware of their arguments. ]
Barring that, though, I'm running outta excuses. Maybe people back in your world are just built different.

[ Of course he would. ]
My point stands, though. Some things cannot be forgiven.

... Hurting my family.

rafal wonders where he himself stands, even now. he risked it all to bring nel back, but would he consider it unforgivable if someone hurt her?
they were fell. to hurt and to be hurt . . . isn't that what they were born for? ]
I see. That makes sense.

Well? Don't just leave me hanging here. What about you?
[ Is... is this what they call "having a conversation"? Is that what being a somewhat well-adjusted member of society feels like?! ]

perhaps being rafal was the real crime. his utter failure to grasp his own worth, to understand, to believe he could be . . . loved. allowed to live. to have a place where he could belong. but he admitted to that, then everything becomes pointless. he chose to live. he chose to stay by nel. he chose to make amends.
finally, he shakes his head. ]
I do not know. I do not consider myself a forgiving person but . . . I do not have an answer.
