I can't answer most of that [ because he doesn't get colds, infections, or cancer in the first place, and the rest doesn't apply to him. ] but I have been encouraged not to kill anyone.

Though I've been here for a long time now, and I haven't seen anyone develop some serious illness in this place, so take that information however you wish.

By my count it's been over a year and a half now for me. But I could be off. A whole lot of weird stuff has been happening that could have taken longer or less long depending on how time actually flowed during those moments.

Certainly enough time for someone to have gone through almost two pregnancies, let's say.

It is good to see someone out here asking questions. I cannot believe there are some answering these with an "I don't know". One would assume everyone to be interested in how this simulation functions, but perhaps that is too much to expect.

I have not been here long enough to answer most of these things... but it does seem like illnesses borne out of this place are not common. I would have thought it to be because it is only capable of simulating our state of being changing from "alive" to "dead", but as injuries seem to be possible, that hypothesis is out of the question. Perhaps they simply forgot to input the commands to simulate something as mundane as a cold.
