1. How hard does this place go with simulating bodily functions? We have to eat and expel waste, but do we menstruate? Get colds? Get infections? Get cancer? Get pregnant?

You'll likely be punished with something creatively unpleasant, but imprisonment doesn't seem to be the standard here. I'm sure someone who's been here longer will have further information.

No, everyone here seems very kind. [ considering his standard of behavior is based on the man that tortures him for science, his ideas about kindness a little skewed, but still. ]
Still, I suppose it's not impossible that you might be required or influenced to kill at some point while you're here.
