So, catching up with everyone:

-The AI is in Quentin's brain and he can't access that part of his mind anymore.

-There's a tiny Phoenix inside me, no, I'm not possessed yet.

-Kurt's been sentenced and showing side effects of it, namely, turning into stone.

I feel that we all should discuss these things. Or at least, be aware of it. Also, Morph, Rogue, got anything to share? Might as well add to the list.

[He really can't promise Kurt anything, but he still wants to be reassuring. The whole point of this is to get his friend to accept Morph's help and it'd probably be harder if he went 'bad things might happen' to them. Yeah, really convincing.

Scott still mostly thinks that Morph will be fine though-- he'll just make sure it happens. They will be right behind them.]

Doubt it, dude. They'll probably have them fix a window or do some lame confession thing, that's what happened to me when I destroyed a building once.

Oh yeah? That doesn't sound too bad... [It is reassuring at least, to hear about a relatively tame punishment. Maybe it really will be nothing compared to what almost happened to Kurt there.]

Wait, what were you doing destroying a building anyway?

[Oh, right.

Guess it's time for him to talk about this a little more, huh? It happened before any of them arrived, with the exception of Quentin, but he doesn't remember now. He disappeared and came back, after all. It's fine, he can talk about this, especially if it will help Kurt out.]

Remember how I mentioned about getting hit with corruption before? Near the end, I... lost control and destroyed the club building.

[He was lethargic for most of the illness, but at the last day, he suddenly got upset. Angry. Mostly at himself for not being able to help out and feeling useless.]

[Kurt goes wide-eyed.]

The- the Club Building?!

[Here he was half-expecting it to just be some warehouse or Evil HQ or something. You know, a normal type of place that could blow up in an X-Men operation.]

Whoa. Like, completely completely? Or did it get fixed? Have we been in the Club Building 2.0 this whole time?

[There's a lot to try to wrap his head around here! But largely, he does feel grateful that his own corruption didn't get that bad.]

I didn't completely demolish it, but it was heavily damaged. Way more than a window breaking, that's for sure.

[So, Morph will be fine. Surely.]

Toph did a lot of work to repair it... a lot of people came to help out. [It made all the guilt and everything easier to handle, even if it was still really hard at the time. Not really his proudest moment, but a lot of friends really helped out at the time. Even Mikey did a... not girly sleepover for him.]

So yeah, we've been meeting in the same building, just restored. Couldn't even tell, huh?

Yeah, I never suspected it! [He says, amused and fascinated as he hears about the rebuilding. At least it helps to take his mind off of his own situation.] I knew Toph was skilled, but I didn't think she did building repair!

Everyone coming together like that must have been nice. [It makes him think back to all of the X-Men working together to help out with repairing the mansion back home. Now that was a big reconstruction project.] A-anyway, this is all good to know, man. Thanks.

Yeah, she's pretty good. Just don't tell that to her face or her ego may explode.

[It's already at maximum-- but honestly, Scott likes Toph quite a bit. A part of him feels slightly indebted to her even after all this time, but she's made it clear that it was no big deal. He's thankful.]

It was. [Scott acknowledges with a small smile. It seems like between him and the others, they're getting through to Kurt. He hopes so.] And it was all non-mutants. Morph will have their friends and us.

I'll be sure to handle it with care!

[He chuckles. He does already have praise to heap for her cool powers as it is! She was definitely a big help back at the terminal.]

Yeah, that's a great point. No matter what happens, the X-Men will be here to back them up!

And if Morph tries to resist, we'll just bully them in the same way.

[Mutual bullying for everyone. Is this how the X-Men function back in everyone's worlds? Well, it's how they function now.]

Oh yeah, now that's really the X-Men way!

[He chuckles. They got this.]
