Ever wanted to have CR with a character and wasn't sure how to get them to cross paths? Wanted a dating app so you can hook up with hot people? Wanted to just find friends because you're a lonely bastard?

With the update of the tablets and the apps, we now have a dating / friendship app called OKCINDR! Players can use it as they please for the two months that it's up -- just imagine that they're profiles to swipe right on and everything. The idea is to encourage CR that may be difficult to get with characters who may or may not be interested in events / posts / logs / other network posts.

So, on November 3rd, characters randomly look back at their tablets to see the following:

This month, if players reset their profile, they will have a list of questions to answer:

What is forgiveness?
Can a criminal ever really be forgiven?
should you be forgiven?
Is a crime ever justified?
How do you justify your crime?
Can you forgive someone who's wronged you?

Players, of course, are able to ignore this message. However, if a character wouldn't fill it out but a player would like to participate... the profile mysteriously resets itself. There may even be responses sent from Character A to Character B without Character A actually doing anything, if you'd like! This is a completely opt-in scenario! But for players who would like to participate fill out the post:

That's quite the repertoire, Mr. Howe. What sorts of things have you accomplished with alchemy?

I was hoping to get an idea of what these concoctions could do, if you wouldn't mind explaining to someone unfamiliar with the field. Perhaps you could contrast it with what chemistry is capable of?

I'd assumed something along those lines regarding a vessel, given your lack of solid form when we met. I wish you luck, however. [he doesn't but he can be polite.]

You might think of alchemy as chemistry but with a dash of magic
And truthfully by trade I am an engineer
Ergo my catalog of alchemical products centers mostly around my vessel
I suppose I once mixed up a preventative hangover remedy for an acquaintance

[He decides not to pretend explain that magic is only fictional where he comes from, meaning the description gives him very little information. The pains of coming from separate worlds with separate rules, he supposes. Annoying.]

Have you found an adequate place to do your work here?

My brother and I preferred the physical sciences
But one picks up on things regardless

It sounds like you could use something better, when you put it that way. I've been looking for something of a laboratory myself, and I'd be happy to let you know if I find anything that would suit you, if you're willing to tell me what that might include?

How are you settling in besides your search for real estate

I'm finding my footing well enough. There's much to do and learn, but I've found myself with an uncomfortable amount of free time compared to what I'm used to. It might be reminiscent of when I was fresh out of school, if navigating a simulated world were anything like business politics.
