okay, how are you going to access the AI's mind though? through the terminals? it doesn't have a physical body-- unless you're saying that its mind is just floating around.

wait are you really going to be okay holding an entire computer that controls our reality in your brain?

see, when you put it that way it sounds like a bad idea. trust me, i have had way worse ideas. i'm an x-man, improbable hail marys to save the world that somehow just work out is kinda what we do. 

look, it's a bunch of astral plane bullshit i don't feel like explaining, but think of it like this: imagine a hallway full of doors. every door is somebody's mind. my power lets me "see" the hallway and "open" the doors. this thing is like... the biggest door you can imagine. like so big you're wondering if it's actually a door or just a wall. i think getting to a terminal would give me the best chance of finding the handle, assuming there is one, and opening the sucker up, but i won't know for sure until i try.

BUT assuming it's got a mind, and getting to the terminal lets me find how to get access to it, and it plays nice, than yeah. i'm pretty sure i can keep our friend nice and cozy in my head until the eggheads can do the reset. [Himself? Not so cozy. But that's a problem for future Quentin.]

getting to the terminal will probably give you a chance to access its mind, got it.

it's at least an idea, better than nothing.

[This sounds like it's going to suck for Quentin a lot, but... he trusts his abilities as a mutant.] i'll see if stem club or someone else can help with getting the reset done faster and stuff. maybe they'll have an option to help the whole keeping an AI's mind in your mind easier.
