Outside of a bar called "Lupin". You set the time, since it appears to be more important to you.
action!
I'll see you there at 7 sharp.
(eventually, he will start a vampire hunt, simply so he can see what the people brought to this place are capable of. his nose picks up nothing other than human smell, but some seem different - might be a good opportunity for some entertainment.
that is why, if one is looking up, they'll see what seems to be a way too large of a bat circling the spot silco has appointed. a few minutes later, mihai, in his pjs and nonchalant attitude, approach the man.)
I'm searching for an individual I've met over the web. Could you be them?
action!
[Silco chose a spot very specifically away from anything that he owned, though it came with its own dangers. At least if this was going to require some kind of blood sacrifice then he could direct this one into the Lupin and let the sister punch the person into a wall. It would be win-win for him if he could arrange such things.
He leaned against a wall of a building and watching people coming and going through the streets. Of course, seven sharp did come and his mismatched gaze was drawn to the flying creature that resembled nothing like Rafal. He was all too familiar with bats, so now he had to wonder if the old folk legends now held some truth to them and not just tales to scare workers who wandered too far into the mines.
There was nothing subtle about this one. He pushed off the wall he was leaning on, tucking his hands into his pockets as most people went about seeking their destination and not loitering.]
I am. Excellent non-subtle entrance by the way. I expect everyone will be comforted knowing their donation will be used to save lives...or life perhaps.
IM BACK IM SORRY
here, he's testing waters, enjoying reactions to what he says, what he presents, regardless of what that might be.
that said, his appearance does nothing to deny rumours of what he is. long, pointy ears, finger and toenails that are hard and sharp as he walks barefoot, and his mouth resembles a trap in itself with the pointy tips.)
Naturally, that is what will happen if only a few are as willing to help my selfless venture.

It amused him now as an adult and someone who thrived in the dark of the mines, who breathed the poisonous air with limited issues.]
I see. So the donations are purely altruistic to assist the people of Aldrip not have their windows opened from the outside and you coming in to take what would not otherwise be freely given.
[His tone didn't indicate that he was particularly bothered by the notion. People came into other's homes all the time where he was from.]

the smile is large, interested in the young human who talks about his plan without a single shred of doubt.)
Hardly so. A commission or two for my hard work might be taken, but they will be available to the best of my delivery abilities.
no subject
This plan wasn't particularly inventive. Home invasion seemed like the next best option; it's how rival's children were swept away after all.]
Of that I have no doubt. People here can be terribly gullible. How do you plan on urging them to come back time and time again, hmm?
no subject
(did he stumble on purpose? perhaps so. either way, he realizes that this man is quite an interesting human, these choices of wording making it clear he is not naive, but oftentimes, a step ahead.
he poses a great question, after all.)

[Silco had been around more than his fair share of sentient species in Zaun with their worldly tales or their pathetic Zaun stories. Everyone co-mingled with each other, so it wasn't unusual or disrespectful in his mind to call people what species they were. It seemed this place might not feel the same way.
He tucked his hands into the pocket of his jacket and returned to seemingly people watch so as not to draw attention to them or their conversation.]
Everyone wants something. It could be anything, though usually resources are a good start. Money, food, alcohol, drugs, sex, latest technology, body alterations, food, shelter to name a few. The perception of getting something of higher value than one has to give is important.
no subject
(don't tell him what to do. ignoring that request, to move on to the rest of the conversation. there's nothing mihai can do to call least attention to himself, given his overall appearance and vibe, so he doesn't bother trying.
instead, he's interested in what the other has to say.)
Survival resources are already taken care of, there's none of the sort that I can offer when it's wildly available. The rest of what you have spoken, short-lived creatures tend to go for these, surely, but they often go for money most of all. Is that something you care for deeply?
no subject
Me? No. I am sufficiently wealthy. No doubt there are plenty of others that could be lured with money.
no subject
(rather than dance around the subject, that is. wealthy, mysterious, what sort of hands does he want in mihai's business, and in exchange, what would he offer? no interest in money for mihai, he can say that very easily. anything needed, he can make, or take.
so, how will it be?)
no subject
A conversation. I wanted to assess how much a threat you're going to be to me and mine. I have no interest in donating to your cause personally.
[However, there was an opportunity and never let it be said that he wasn't willing to dig himself into everyone one possible either.]
However, my resources in the city are vast, and I could assist you with this little... donation drive that you seem to need.
cw ... human eating
(malicious is not the exact word - but curious is. in the span of seconds, he may go from help to hinder, support to hurt, all to satiate that little spot in his brain that still finds some fascination with other beings. to know the time they have is counted, seconds in comparison to mihai's prospective lifespan, that changes things, and often, the fact that mihai cannot experience such existential questions bring the worst out of him.
besides, as is, mihai is a rather difficult person, moved by praise, disgusted by the idea of being told off, vain and fickle. he can't promise to behave.)
I see, but I see little benefit to me so far in this conversation. How would you assist, and why would I allow it?
cw: ...yes, eating humans
[There were plenty of long-lived species in Runeterra and all of them took their longevity in different directions and with different traditions. Life experienced played a lot as it did with all of them. He assumed it was the same with this one as well. After all, how was feeding on a sentient species any different than a non-sentient? Ego probably.]
And yet you came, so you must have expected to receive something of value out of it, even if it may be brief entertainment. I could arrange for safe space and to have people brought to you. It may shake suspicion off of you as your tenure extended.
no subject
(hunger. a motivator silco must understand, the basic principle of being alive. demon types such as mihai thirst and urge for flesh - his kind is more animalistic than one would expect in that regard, but in the same vein, aren't humans as well?)
Entertainment fits the bill, but even with your offer, the question remains: what people do you mean to bring me? Local flesh and blood fill a stomach but are empty calories in every way.
no subject
[He didn't commit one way or another on that matter. He didn't believe that he knew this one enough to know more than the basic needs and urges. He had seen some of the best and the worst of people, so he understood trends and human nature.]
That might depend on you. What kind of people do you need and want?
no subject
(that should explain it more than not. there are little benefits or joy in eating his own kind, and the craving? the craving is for something human, dead, alive, whatever.)
We have a human livestock factory at home, but I don't suppose they have their products lying around in Aldrip.
no subject
[He was already considering how he could use this broadness to his advantage. There were several Chosen that he would enjoy volunteering to be a meal and hopefully full destruction in the process.]
No, they do not. That must be one heck of a breeding program give the necessary upkeep to make a human large enough to be useful for any kind of meal.
no subject
(silco, they just come back!!
however, the point stands. what use does silco have for him if he has food, and yet, still enjoys to fuck with people for the thrills?)
no subject
[That was bad for business. It seemed to him that he had investigated enough to know that this one was likely a danger to him and his, and there was apparently little that they could exchange to benefit one another.
Perhaps the best he could do was redirect this one at people he didn't particularly like.]
no subject
(says an equally sly man, but silco doesn't have to be certain of that with him saying it. although, it is looking strange at this point, two old men (debatable) just standing in front of a bar.)
Will you not offer me a drink?
no subject
[He was sly, which was good because this one could be if given the right opportunities. He had no doubt there were skills there, but would arrogance be the downfall like it was for so many.
He glanced that the Lupin and the corner of his lip curled slightly.]
Not at that establishment. If you want a drink, I would offer one at the Last Drop.
