He tortured one person that I know of. I dunno about anything else. But it caused a whole ton've problems once he started spreading their organs around.

Yeah. I was telling another guy: when you do that sort of shit, you've already accepted that you're gonna have some consequences, and that they ain't always yours to pick. We ran into him, there was a fight, he lost. I don't feel bad about how it happened.
