...I dunno. Seems more complicated than that to me. Like I don't think the guy who killed me 'murdered' me... but he was definitely trying to murder someone else.

Then you get to the whole 'forgivable' part of the question, and that's pretty complicated, too. Like it ain't up to us to decide that for people, you know?
