Good afternoon.

My name is Mitsuru Kirijo and I am going to be taking over management of the casino.

Obviously Aldrip has gone through some significant changes as of late and some of you may be looking for new employment.

Once renovations are complete we're going to have various positions within the casino to fill including bar staff, security, dealers etc. On the subject of dealers, we are also open to suggestions as to what games we're going to be running.

Anyone who has visited the premises in their current state will be aware that there is a substantial amount of work to be done to get the place up to even a halfway decent standard. As such, I would also be pleased to hear from those of you with a flair for interior design.

Lastly, if anyone is interested in adding to our existing investment in the business then please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss further.

This place has some kind of shark dog hybrids, you know. A giant insect hardly seems like it would be a stretch.

I've never seen a shark or a dog before here, but the insects are much smaller than what I'm used to! Don't worry! :-)

Don't worry, that was only once! Once they get that big they don't really come out into the open. Usually it's a lot smaller ...

Do they usually dwell underground then?
I can't think of anywhere else they could live given you've told me that you're from a desert environment.

Once they're big enough, you have to! It'll be too hot for them otherwise.
But most of them are size of birds ... uh, like parrots? Or pigeons!

That in itself is still quite troubling…
This one is not that large I’m happy to say.

Have you been to the beach since you arrived here? I imagine it must be very strange to you.

You get used to them after a while. They're kind of creepy looking, but they don't really bother people.
Some people make a living out of hunting them, so they're really harmless!

[ please don't ask about why they hunt them, you won't like the answer ... ]

The beach? I haven't really had a chance to ... I've seen pictures of it though! What's it like???

I've not had too good of a look at it yet myself but it looks deceptively like any other normal beach.

[ "Deceptively" because there is bound to be something weird about it given where they are but still. ]

I've always been around the ocean a great deal so I suppose it's pleasant to see something familiar.
