How many of you have heard of the idea that dreams mean something? As in, they're trying to tell you something important and aren't just bits of your day thrown out of order?

More importantly, how many of you actually believe that?

I keep dreaming of someone I've never met properly. Not strange on its own, but...

The part that concerns me is they always seem very badly hurt.

Do you know what hurt them? Or who they are, even if you've never met them?

I feel like I should know them, at least their name, but nothing actually comes to mind when I try to remember.

I can't quite tell what hurt them either, but it seemed like they were barely hanging on from whatever it was.

[ Okay that's maybe a little too vague. Would this be too much to say to a helpful stranger? ]

[maybe this would be disconcerting to someone who Wasn't Lelouch, but at this point... he's starting to remember enough blood and death that it doesn't really bother him as much.]

[ Alright, let's see. Usually dream people are tough to remember, but... ]

He was tall, strong, like the last person you would expect to be down for the count. Short cropped hair, a thick coat, and...tired. Less so from being injured, as if it had seeped into his bones somehow.

A soldier of some sort, maybe? Were you dreaming of any wars or anything?

I don't remember anyone else, but thinking on it now...there may have been some kind of explosion?

It could've been just a dream. Explosions just don't tend to happen around here.
