i cant find my friend. ive been calling her all morning because we were going to make a bakery stand together and she wouldnt answer me. i broke into her room and all of her stuff is there but not her.

i think they took her.
she wouldnt just leave.

who else is still here? who else did they take? i cant be alone here in this place right?

if u know me, please tell me who u are and write back so i know im not here by myself. its hard to know who is who with these things.

but dont send a video or call me. just write to me or the monsters will know where i am.

[ So, he knows that people disappear from this place sometimes. Is it because they get to go home? Or because they get spirited away like some of the locals? Or something else completely? Fuck if he knows. All he can tell is that he's never heard of any "monsters" being behind it, so the mention of those feels... off. Scratch it, the whole thing sounds weird; normally, he would be happy to give her some of his shitty attitude in response, but (as much as he'd hate to admit it) the post leaves him a little worried about Jinx, so he'll actually be somewhat genuine for once in his life. ]

It feels a little strange to imagine Jinx like that though. Even after learning the other was actually hearing voices. It just doesn't fit in as much with all the other behaviour Ange has seen from the other girl.

It makes her contemplate the message for a little bit, but it's also what keeps her from ignoring it entirely. ]
