With the increase of Aldrip citizens leaving their businesses unattended for an unknown amount of time and our Tresed attempting to assist, they have accepted my offer to manage the financial and general operation of a handful. Until the lost Aldrip citizens return or a confirmed to not be returning, I am asking for assistance from the Chosen.

I'd like to offer any who is willing a job. You will be paid for your time, of course. Shift time and dates can be negotiated. I also have no age restrictions; everyone at any age can have talents for customer service as it were, or they can be educated.

( it'll take a little time for his message to travel to jinx. in fact, he can hear this toy mechanically walking away from the device for a small moment. it would be a lot easier if she would just be at her tablet to have an actual conversation. but there are two reasons to why she isn't and why she is doing it this way.

one, this wind-up monkey friend is her new project and she is testing its kinks. how far can it go until the wind-up key stops? does the walk cycle move like it should? is the recording function of the monkey audible enough? lot of questions that needs to be answering.

two, she's busy -- to put it simply. now that the maze fiasco is over with and her body is back its regular self, jinx feels she can tackle down her tinkering again. and boy, she is so low on chompers! so after a bit, mechanical noises return with a voice: )

( whoops! it seems the monkey malfunctioned just a little bit there. )

[Silco was working on organizing meager paperwork and other notes for a business that he had been handed with enthusiasm to manage. He was perfectly willing to wait for the new toy of hers to find her and provide the message that he had left for her.

He made a noise in his throat at the response, flipping a piece of paper over to read the back.]

You'll need more land for a scrap yard, but that can easily be acquired at the going rate, it seems. Provide me a list of what you would require if you're serious about that.

( more time passes. it seems jinx discovered an issue in the monkey. but that's alright since they're both into their work -- like father, like daughter these two.

so the monkey returns only this time besides the mechanical rattle, someone is somewhat stomping in the room with it. definitely jinx to see her toy do its thing and how it's operating. )

Roger that! Testing, testing. One, two. Nuts, bolts, springs, wheels, belts, pulleys.

( when that stops, jinx clicks her tongue at the roof of her mouth. )

[They had worked in each other's spaces and done their own thing while also maintaining a conversation many times in the past. He had his charm nearby and was listening to the sounds coming from it from Jinx's end of things]

it is good to see that someone step up and took over the local businesses here. the quality of the Tresed's work has been.. lacking, let's say.

however, this isn't the first time when locals have gone missing all of the sudden. months ago people went into the woods and just disappeared. let us hope this is not a similar case.

Indeed, they seem rather overwhelmed with the prospect of keeping businesses afloat.

The fact that it isn't uncommon provides an opportunity for us to step up. This place is partially what we make of it.

it would provide us stability, that's true. We have went through a food shortage once already.

which businesses have you taken over?

In order to avoid that, we should have interest in resources here to take care of our own and seek ways to create a stable supply of necessary goods.

The inn, the flower shop, and the seafood shack.

If these can remain successful, I will likely invest in new businesses that can assist in the continued growth of Aldrip.

I believe there already is a group who are gathering supplies and stacking up resources in case of another emergency. The people leading the said group are Marianne von Elmund and Claude von Riegan, if my memory serves me right. You might want to be in contact with them in case you're worried about that.

I see. You certainly have the work cut out for you, that is a quite lot. If you want I can recommend you a pair of diligent hands to help.

Pretty well? Between being a member of the student counsel, getting good grades, being captain of the soccer team along with being part of a Shadow Operatives makes me organized.
