In this hypothetical situation, couldn't you just have him detained and thrown in prison once he's no longer in critical condition? That way you remain true to your duty as a Doctor and you avoid such tragedy from happening.

If only it were that easy. I do admit though, it is a good idea.

The clown is quite adept at teleporting. As it currently stands, there isn't such a way to detain him. But perhaps we might find one while here?
