I trained in the military as a combat medic. Hm, you could say I specialise in intensive care?

Minor injuries are, well, unfit for my particular ability, you see~ Though I do enjoy those cases.

I suppose sedatives can be hard to come by in a place like this.

I'm sure if I looked hard enough I could probably find some. However, most of my patients are usually quite accident prone. So, I've had to employ some rather extreme measures to dissuade them.

I prefer not having to employ my services at all. But some situations are unavoidable, unfortunately.

But it is always good to have a doctor around who has experience in more high stress situations. Although, your previous enthusiasm gave me a completely different impression regarding your attitude towards starting a practice.
