These people appear to be human, despite having snake-eyes and scales scattered around their faces. The most observant Chosen might actually recognise them from the video post made by Viktor not too long ago.]

'I-Is.. Is this truly Aldrip? I can't believe it. Look at these buildings... They're so huge.'

Yes. The people living here always appeared to be more religious than those who lived in our designated city. They would talk to these 'charm' things over and over again. It is hard to believe this is the same city where the fairies and dragons would run amok.

That's a tricky question. We were going through what I assume the Chosen here must be familiar with: the sentencing by the Council, trying to earn redemption for our crimes, but then─ [ she hesitates, eyes darting to the side ] ... something happened, I think. But I can't quite recall what.

The next thing I knew, I was awakened by Viktor. It felt like I've been asleep for a long, long time.
