So... this might be a strange question (and hopefully one that isn't in too bad a taste considering what all just happened), but... What sorts of dreams do you have? And how did you go about deciding on them?

It's about dreams--the kind that are like goals but... bigger. I think I know what at least one of your answers to the question I had is going to be, but do you have any other dreams or goals? Any at all?

I fear not!

Whatever grand aspirations I once possessed I have long since achieved or abandoned. I am, however, a very old man.

Why do you ask?

My name finally came up for sentencing and I've got to come up with some kind of goal to work towards while I'm here. It's not exactly an easy task, so I thought I'd try and ask what others have been working towards.

Well, goals to work toward while imprisoned upon this mockery of a star are a different matter.

I, for one, have made it my aim to better understand the nature of the artificial intelligence that holds us captive.

You did seem pretty interested in the whole backup procedure when everyone was discussing what to do back then...

Any particular reason? Or is it just curiosity?

If we understand this AI then we may be able to find a means of escape.

That's true... Especially with all the "breaks" we've been seeing recently.

It'd be nice to know for sure whether or not we can make use of them without getting ourselves hurt.
