[ Shigeru is pacing as one does when they are not stressed out and overthinking what to say to a large group of people. But he finally stops and takes a breath and nods to himself as if to say he can do this. This is easy!! ] Um!! I-I know I startled a few people last month with my...transformations. I'm fine now, so I'm really sorry that happened! Hopefully it won't ever again? [ But you know it probably will! ]

A-Anyway, we've been through a lot and there are a lot of things that need to-to be fixed. So...I wanted to offer my help with that if people need it? I normally don't use my powers for fixing objects, but I can help out if people need me to. It'll also be a good way for me to get more practice in.

[ He fiddles with his gloves before looking back at the camera. ]

I can help rebuild things like buildings, patch up holes, and whatnot, with my-my powers. So if anyone needs anything, please feel free to ask! I can also help with healing any injuries people might have sustained. My powers work on organic and inorganic things, so...yeah! Just p-point me in the direction and I'll be there. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me!

This transformation was something you dealt with naturally or was there another reason that it was contained?

And what is your power exactly? My home and several businesses were damaged in that dust up, and I wouldn't want to misuse any offering for assistance to rehabilitate the damage.

It's just something I could naturally do, I guess?? [ You guess?? Shigeru?! ] It took me by surprise when it happened, but it wasn't from those shards. I think it was due to stress. [ Hm. Something like that. But he does not elaborate on that. ]

My powers? It's easier to show in person, but I can manipulate matter on a subatomic level, which allows me to break it down or reform it. It's a bit hard to explain, but if you had a hole in your wall, I could just make the wall reform itself??

Ah!! No! I wasn't affected by all of that! I. I'm a god, back home, just recently became one!!! [ Like it's just that simple, but details. ] So my powers are still a bit...weird? [ Shigeru is a bit weird in all honesty. ]

And I guess I lost control of the powers that allow me to...shapeshift? I didn't even really know I could do that until everything happened. So that's why I shifted into...something not human. [ But, yeah, let's talk about his other powers instead. ]

Yes, that's right! I can rebuild practically anything, or heal anything.

It sounds as if you're still learning the limitations of your powers. I assume that this place has put limitations on you as it does with most people? [He was looking for an in here. Useful powers but could he convince this 'god' to unleash further? Time would tell.]
