Ever wanted to have CR with a character and wasn't sure how to get them to cross paths? Wanted a dating app so you can hook up with hot people? Wanted to just find friends because you're a lonely bastard?

With the update of the tablets and the apps, we now have a dating / friendship app called OKCINDR! Players can use it as they please for the two months that it's up -- just imagine that they're profiles to swipe right on and everything. The idea is to encourage CR that may be difficult to get with characters who may or may not be interested in events / posts / logs / other network posts.

So, on March 2nd, characters randomly look back at their tablets to see the following:

This month, if players reset their profile, they will have a list of questions to answer:

- What is the maximum amount of sheep you have counted when trying to fall asleep?
- what is the real you?
- will you still love someone if they're no longer themselves?
- what is a wish
- what are you prepared to do to have your wish fulfilled? would you die for it? kill for it?
- what kind of world do you wish for?
- are all wishes equal?
- does everyone deserve to have their wish come true?
- do you think your wish is more important than the wishes of others?
- will your wish coming true make you truly happy?

Players, of course, are able to ignore this message. However, if a character wouldn't fill it out but a player would like to participate... the profile mysteriously resets itself. There may even be responses sent from Character A to Character B without Character A actually doing anything, if you'd like! This is a completely opt-in scenario! But for players who would like to participate fill out the post:

I do think the line between imperfect and "potential apocalyptic consequences" is quite clear.

Didn't you say you want to ensure the survival of other worlds?

That is my goal.

But it does not erase my past misdeeds.

Even so, you're trying to make up for your past. That's admirable on its own.

I should think that is the bare minimum a person can do.

There are many people who can't do that and either doom themselves to the same path they walked before or decide to despair over their fate.

Those people can be as weak as they have chosen to be.

That does not mean I shirk my accountability.

I'm not saying you should. I'm just saying you're doing the best thing you could be doing. There's no reason to be too harsh on yourself or go around warning people that being with you is the wrong choice.

It is . . . hard. People have been kind. Forgiving.

And yet, I struggle under the weight of it all.

Change is difficult for everyone and everything takes time. I'm sure your friends understand that too.

They are, perhaps, a little too understanding.

Is that such a bad thing?

I am not sure.

Sometimes I fear, in all their graciousness, I may slip.

You don't think your friends would be able to stop you or bring you back to your senses if that happened?

I suppose they could. They have, before.

But they have also failed before. And a world paid the price.

That's a difficult situation, but I think it's something you may need to work on yourself. Perhaps people here would have some tips on how to control your power.

It is not control I lack.

Merely . . . troubled feelings that gave rise to rage.

Then you could get tips on how to deal with anger. Or maybe someone to talk to about what irritates you.

Sometimes just talking a lot about what troubles you is enough to make you feel better.

And that will suffice?

That seems unlikely.

Even if it's not much, it's better than doing nothing about it at all.

And if it doesn't work out, you look for other options.
