Ever wanted to have CR with a character and wasn't sure how to get them to cross paths? Wanted a dating app so you can hook up with hot people? Wanted to just find friends because you're a lonely bastard?
With the update of the tablets and the apps, we now have a dating / friendship app called OKCINDR! Players can use it as they please for the two months that it's up -- just imagine that they're profiles to swipe right on and everything. The idea is to encourage CR that may be difficult to get with characters who may or may not be interested in events / posts / logs / other network posts.
So, on January 2nd, characters randomly look back at their tablets to see the following:
This month, if players reset their profile, they will have a list of questions to answer:
Players, of course, are able to ignore this message. However, if a character wouldn't fill it out but a player would like to participate... the profile mysteriously resets itself. There may even be responses sent from Character A to Character B without Character A actually doing anything, if you'd like! This is a completely opt-in scenario! But for players who would like to participate fill out the post:

Favorite desserts...there's one from back home that involves a sponge cake soaked in sweet milk or coffee and then you top it with ice cream or whipped cream and fruits. You can even soak it with alcohol if you're feeling especially adventurous! But I like making that since it's easy to prepare.

DNA reconstruction, reconstructive surgeries, poison removal, blood restoration for blood loss, tumor and terminal illness destruction...to name a few.
I typically use my powers for medical procedures back home. I'm...I was a doctor so I used it to fix broken bones, help remake limbs for people who lost them, and stuff like that. [ Shigeru you are saying all of this very nonchalantly like it's not a big deal. Smh. ]
I intend to work at a hospital or clinic here so I can put them to good use.
But I never really used them very much with inorganic material manipulation and things like that though. Honestly, it might be fun to try them as far as the construction/breakdown of things is concerned. I think I might give it a shot and try something different, you know?

Training starts at the age your powers manifest, for me, it was around 9 or 10 I think. So, yes, but also no? I mean I can just...see stuff with my powers like if you were sick I would be able to see the illness in you and get rid of it. So it's not too hard to use? Of course, I say that now, but back then it was terrifying. [ But it was also all the stuff that used to come with using his powers. 50/50 chance of turning into an eldritch terror or creating a meteor-like impact that could wipe out a city makes it a bit nerve-wracking to use!! But Shigeru doesn't mention any of that. ]
I'm very confident in my skills now of course. It's like breathing to me now, if I'm being honest.

I know how it sounds but there aren't any side effects aside from 100% feeling better! And it's permanent too, so it's a one-time thing and you'd be cured. No worries whatsoever.
However, regrowing limbs and healing broken bones takes more than one session since the process is rather complicated. I have to go slow and be careful not to mess anything up.
But I can understand your concerns. When something is too good to be true it's a shock and a lot of patients back home felt the same way. But as a doctor, I make sure all my patients receive the best care I can give.
I don't want to sound like that guy...but I recommend my treatments! [ Shigeru sounding like a damn infomercial over here. But this also feels a little like deja vu. Funny that Jayce also asked him these questions?? Hm. ]
