Ever wanted to have CR with a character and wasn't sure how to get them to cross paths? Wanted a dating app so you can hook up with hot people? Wanted to just find friends because you're a lonely bastard?

With the update of the tablets and the apps, we now have a dating / friendship app called OKCINDR! Players can use it as they please for the two months that it's up -- just imagine that they're profiles to swipe right on and everything. The idea is to encourage CR that may be difficult to get with characters who may or may not be interested in events / posts / logs / other network posts.

So, on January 2nd, characters randomly look back at their tablets to see the following:

This month, if players reset their profile, they will have a list of questions to answer:

- What is the maximum amount of sheep you have counted when trying to fall asleep?
- Is it harder to forgive yourself, or to forgive others?
- How strongly do you feel that the past defines a person?
- What is your dream?
- Why would an android's dream contain electric sheep? Are they particularly drawn to livestock animals?
- If you could return to one specific moment in your life, would you?
- How do you wake up from a dream?
- Please
- Wake up
- You must wake up

Players, of course, are able to ignore this message. However, if a character wouldn't fill it out but a player would like to participate... the profile mysteriously resets itself. There may even be responses sent from Character A to Character B without Character A actually doing anything, if you'd like! This is a completely opt-in scenario! But for players who would like to participate fill out the post:

i got a café in town called "the purrfect cup!" (cool name, huh?)

me and my workers make tea, coffee, all kinds, or if u want to be a loser and grab a glass of lemonade, milk, or orange juice we have that too.

and we got bakery goods made by urs truly. and while ure getting ur fill, u can play with the stray cats i pick up. from kitten to granny, theyre all looking for a good home, no extra charge.

unless u want to give them a treat, thats 1 coin each. each coin will go to the junk they need. kitty liter, scratching posts, cat food, new beds.

got a sale going right now if u swing by. all rookies get a free drink of their choice. the cup of the day is hot chocolate and strawberry cappuccino.


basement is off-limits right now. doooooing a bit of remodeling. might make it workshop as a repair side gig. 2 jobs in 1! 🐵

I didn't know you could bake, Jinx. So it's a café with...cats? That's different. And what's so lame about orange juice? It's delicious. I'm not sure what a strawberry cappuccino is but it sounds interesting.

If you want help with the renovations I could lend you a hand it would be nice to have somewhere to properly tune up the board without getting grease all over my place. Thanks for keeping it safe.

i didnt. i mean, i didnt know how until this place went bonkers and i became an alternate dimension version of myself. *she* was the baker and café expert. just, u know, when i turned back to myself, her memories stuck with me.

yea, its delicious, but u can go *anywhere* for orange juice! u can make it ur own if u buy it from the fruit market. buuuuuut they are out of season and tough for me to order.


and dont sweat it. besides, u still had plenty of time before i rip it up for parts. u had 11 months left. 🤪🤪🤪

everything lined up the same, but different too.

vander still died, mylo and claggor still died. except this time, it was because of a house fire i caused.

i wanted to show i could cook, and the whole house went up in flames. vi still left me and i got thrown in an foundling home until silco, mr. millionaire adopted me.

i kept cooking, kept trying to get better and eventually got into a cooking academy, got REALLY good and became a popular baker and my café becaming a smashing hit.
