I wouldn't have made the announcement if I hadn't taken care of that to some extent. There's not much use in promising what I can't deliver.

Granted, I have yet to find anyone with the level of scientific expertise our R&D typically boasts, in terms of future improvements. But the tools and related training materials to produce what the company has already created are thankfully present.
