Hello everyone, my name is Ryoji Mochizuki.

Some of you must have been left bewildered or affected by the past week. I am here to apologize, because I am the one responsible for what has happened. A man named Bonedrewd did something, and as a result I ended up losing control of my powers. Please, be careful around him — he is a dangerous man. I only wish I realized it sooner.

I really am sorry!

The result is the long night known to those from my world as the ‘Dark Hour’. You might have encountered someone who looks like you during that time. They manifested from a repressed side to ourselves. They are parts that we are ashamed of showing to others, or secrets we don’t want to tell. Please do not be harsh to them — do not be harsh to yourself — as it is only natural for all humans to have such a facet to their personalities.

If anyone has questions, I will do my best to answer them.

But it's not all bad! It's really, reaaaaaally hard to kickstart it without my input! And I'm quite fond of this world, thank you very much!

I almost want to say everything, to be honest. My life before here has been very simple yet exciting! I get to study new things, go on dates, hang out with my friends...I have come to appreciate those precious moments.

Humans, after all, are amazing creatures. I'm glad to be able to live amongst them.

[Ryoji's world is relatively simple after all, a time of peace where one can live without abominations or the horrors at one's doorstep. It makes more sense that one would like living under such circumstances.]

[They aren't awful, they suppose, but they still can't help but feel like that's a rather naive statement.]

Well, it sounds like you had a pretty good life until now, at any rate, to give us that kind of glowing praise.

Well, I wouldn't deny that. But it's not that I am blind of the sufferings of the world. Even in a more peaceful world like mine, there will always be someone who do not find meaning in their lives. There will always be someone less fortunate than others.

I just think those small beautiful moments can make everything worth it.
