So... I've been thinking about that trip to Rumpa-whatever, and, uh...

Don't you guys think it would be kinda messed up if those snake people looked like this instead?

[ the view pans down to a drawing (it's sfw, not safe for brain cell retention tho). it stays there, lingering on this impressively stupid illustration for a few unfortunate seconds. then it's back to Law's face. he rubs the back of his neck awkwardly, implying he has some self-awareness of how #showerthoughts this is (which may or may not be accurate). ]

I dunno, yeah. It's been bugging me for awhile. Just thought I'd put that out there.

Pretty much since we first got there. They didn't turn out to be bad—uh, people or anything, but I still couldn't help thinking it.

It's good to be cautious, but you've got to keep an open mind too. Just try not to let your worries color your view on them until they do something worth being suspicious about, alright?

I'm suspicious of pretty much everybody, but that's not really the thing here. I mean, even if they were backwards snake people, it wouldn't mean they're bad or anything. Just... really, really weird.

You know we're probably pretty weird from their point of view too, kiddo. After spending the time we did with 'em though, I'll... admit I'm curious about a few things myself. I'm just not sure if they'd take offense to any of it or not.

What kinda things? I talked to some of them while I was there, but we were mostly just confusing each other, I think.
