Are you thinking of something along the lines of a yatai or something more modern and American flavored?

yatai would be neat but i'm working with an RV so it won't be hand-drawn. probably less american-flavored unless i throw together burgers or something for a theme week.

Hmmmm. In that case I'm less of your target audience, but I'm sure that there's plenty of young people who don't like to cook around to make it pay off.

Oh, and to come back to your other question in the original post, food trucks aren't really a thing at the place where I live. We're a bit too small and with too good infrastructure for them.
