curry is my personal specialty, but i've already got requests for tacos and sweets, tho the sweets will be handled by someone else.

i'm thinking of having a sort of rotating menu based on local wants. keeps me on my culinary toes and gets people things they're craving.

i haven't really sourced much in the way of ingredients to know what supply and demand will look like, but i may see about opening a weekly request ballot to try and recreate things people miss from home.

You can even expand the business by doing various collaborations with other Chosen! Perhaps make world-specific menus for something that couldn't be found anywhere else? I know I'd be interested in seeing that~ ♪

Assuming you'll be ready to open around the time for autumn arriving, I'd say the first step would be focusing on baked potatoes and chestnuts... followed a Halloween theme, of course!
