Hi everybody! Shinji already talked about Cooking Club a little the other day, and that gave me the idea that we should have a potluck so everybody can share what they've been making! Let's have it on June 12 -- that'll give everyone plenty of time to think about what you wanna make! I'll be in the club building every afternoon until then if you want help thinking of things or if you wanna practice. 🥰 Hope to see you then!

[Except, she left out one very important detail and now Scott is here to fix that little mistake. So, yeah, few hours after Kotone’s message, Scott will send a new one.]

Hey, you heard earlier about Kotone’s potluck? Wanting it on June 12th and stuff? She sort of forgot to mention that it’s her birthday that day. I know, dumb, right? So, when you come to the potluck, bring a present too. She’ll be happy with whatever you get her, she’s a sap like that.

[Just come and have a good time, really. Celebrate that she made it to another birthday and stuff. He knows that being with friends is the most important thing to her, but he’s not saying that mushy shit here.]

I’ll be at the club building early that day to decorate. So pop by if you wanna help with that. Let’s just keep this all quiet from her, got it? I’ll laser your ass if you don’t.

If a person's birthday is in July, and it was August back home for them when they were pulled here.

However, it is Febuary here. Going by the calendar here, their birthday would be in five months not eleven. Should their be considered a year older despite a year not passing?

it would be kind of dumb to start celebrating your birthday on a completely different day. [although, maybe a little cool. like if you normally have a summer birthday, having it in winter would be a nice change of pace.] it's like your day and everything.

she speaks the same way. Both her voice and in her mannerisms, along with her manhandling me when we first met.

Is that how it sounds to you when I describe it? From an outsider's perspective?

I have told them. Multiple times, it still occurs.

[The comments she was mostly immune to now, other than the odd cringe when Yosuke or Rise said something particularly bad. But the staring, touching and attempts to get her to dress differently... She'd mention her dislike for it many times.]

yeah?? like clearly it's affected you enough that you're making assumptions of other people or calling whatever kotone did as 'manhandling' when she was probably just tugging you along.

look, i don't know what your friend is like, but if kotone does something you don't like, just tell her. she'll listen.

I must admit, when I've tried with my friend she started crying and said she was trying to help.

But you may have a point about some aspects. I've not visited the hot springs here because of her grabbing me and Yosuke-senpai's track record with climbing over fences to peek.
