Hiiiiya ! I’m so glad to see those of you I do know and very pleased to meet those of you I don’t.
You, the “Chosen.” I think I’ll give you something to think about. Actually it's a concept that I’ve agonized over for a while!
[ The figure front row and centre chirps from the close proximity to the screen. Strange backdrop for those who won't immediately connect the dots. The skeleton scene of An Attempt(TM) for a birthday just barely viewable over his shoulder. As he leans back from the camera again there's evidence that he's put it together mockingly, perhaps even a little contemptuously going by how many things are askew. It's a red herring, unless...?
At any rate there's no mention whatsoever who it's for—Gogol did say there was something more important on his mind. So he gets right to chattering. ]
Does a devastating control over our lives make a God? And well, I'll also share what I recently realized about that too. At a certain point it doesn’t matter what you call it— because the end result is the same.
Having my existence rewritten against my will makes me want to rebel as much as possible.
[ There's a loud cacophonous sound as he reaches over to grab a balloon and pop it with a needle. After that there hangs a heavy silence ]
Well then, the broadcast ends here.
[ and it does! ]

[ He assumes the "business" in question must be sentencing... since it's the only time they are thought to be present, at least as far as the Chosen know. ]
... If that's the only way to approach them, then it means they can't be taken by surprise. Guess that leaves frontal assault...
[ Well, given what he's done last month, that might be the only way to go about it anyway. They'd be on their guard anyway, he imagines. ]

[ Which is like the unfair and abnormal advantage Gogol usually has so not only does he sound like he knows what he's talking about he actually does know what he's talking about. ]
Better make it count!

[ That's the part that bothers him about this thing. Sure, it was shortly followed by the whole "world rewrite" shit, but you'd think a guy as uptight as Jerry would've tried to take him in regardless. ]
Guess there are limits to what he can do after all.

[ Watching others receive punitive measures a few times he's noticed "justice" isn't immediate here. But of course who wouldn't take their time when this place is comparable to a very comfortable prison? Gogol sounds relatively calm when he tacks on a uncomfortable concept when one thinks about the lack of freedom too hard—]
Have you considered there was no sense of urgency because you're easy to retrieve at any given moment?

[ Not something he's considered, but now that he mentions it, it makes perfect sense. It feels like he's being looked down on ─ like what he's done doesn't warrant dealing with him immediately, since they can do that whenever.
And it pisses Ragna off. ]
... Let him come, then. I'll make him regret ever thinking that.

[ Gotta love that exorbitant amount of confidence. Causes a little bit of intrigue. ]
Are you really able to do anything about it?

[ Call him delusional, but even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, he still believes he's capable of going against the powers controlling this place. He simply doesn't know how to back down, which can be both a blessing and a curse. ]
I'm not gonna give up until I find a way to bring them all down!
