would anyone be interested in an expedition to find them, or just explore further out?

It is important to know what is beyond our known borders. I would like to know what cities are outside of those three and what state they and their populations are in.

Considering some people here have flying beasts, they could have explored further and easier than most. Otherwise, I expect that exploration has occurred, but perhaps those individuals are no longer here.

there's always use for someone to stay back and get reported to. if you don't think you can go out you can stay here and take reports. these things are really useful for that.

Or more just making sure someone has the information even if all of you die out there in a freak accident?

Sure. In that case, I can do that. I'm not planning on dying or getting into some dumb trouble as long as I'm here, so that means I'll be around to receive any information and document it.

I don't think that's unlikely, yeah.

Especially when most towns don't really seem to keep in touch here. Or even like each other.

There could be tons of cities out there, for all we know.

i guess if they don't have a way to get to each other quickly they don't need to care as much about each other?

i don't know. i don't know how cities and countries communicate without a phone or telegraph or whatever.

but i want to find out if there are any. and the best way of doing that here seems to just be to do it yourself.

[ Ange may not exactly be someone who loves school.. Or studying.. But it seems like she did at least pick up this much about history. ]

You know, guys riding around on horses to go from place to place to deliver messages? That sort of thing. I don't think I've ever seen something like that here though.

i guess if they have these things they don't need them. maybe the cities have their own lines or something.

I still think the most likely explanation is just that they hate each other and therefore just have no need to communicate.

But who knows? I guess it's one of the many things you could find out if you're really going out there.
