there must be cities out there other than aldrip, rumpitur and kestora. has anyone been to them?
would anyone be interested in an expedition to find them, or just explore further out?
[Totally not part of a plan to get away from the council. He's just curious okay.]

i can try to figure out logistics or whatever.
[This is dangerously close to him being in charge of something and he really doesn't like that. But her in charge is horrifying for different reasons. ...please let someone else he can hoist things off to sign up.]

u handle the thinking part and ill do the supply and weapon nabbing.

someone has to have thought about this before even if they haven't gone to find out.

I'm not exactly sure if I am the explorer type though.

Or more just making sure someone has the information even if all of you die out there in a freak accident?
[ ANGE.. Girl, be a little more sensitive!
Granted, she doesn't even mean it in any bad sort of way, she's just.. naturally blunt.. ]

[Levi's pragmatic, and things could be really dangerous here. Even if people might come back from the dead that didn't mean they always did, or that they wouldn't get badly injured and stuck somewhere.]

Ange will give him that. Which means she's a little more convinced that he's actually serious about this entire idea. ]
Sure. In that case, I can do that. I'm not planning on dying or getting into some dumb trouble as long as I'm here, so that means I'll be around to receive any information and document it.

thanks.

Just receiving information and making sure to keep it all in one place is so simple that any village idiot could do it.

But I get it. I'm the same.
[ Granted, she might not go as far about this particular topic, but 'not everyone would bother to help in any given situation' is definitely a sentiment she shares, really. ]
If it's too strange for you to process, just see it as me considering this a potential way out of this place. You never know what you guys might discover out there, after all. And I really want to get out of this world and back to my own.

yeah. i'm hoping to find something interesting at the very least.

[ That sort of answer can say a lot about a person, Ange thinks. ]

Especially when most towns don't really seem to keep in touch here. Or even like each other.
[ Which is the reason why you never really hear anyone talk about other places, Ange figures.. ]
There could be tons of cities out there, for all we know.
no subject
i don't know. i don't know how cities and countries communicate without a phone or telegraph or whatever.
but i want to find out if there are any. and the best way of doing that here seems to just be to do it yourself.

[ Ange may not exactly be someone who loves school.. Or studying.. But it seems like she did at least pick up this much about history. ]
You know, guys riding around on horses to go from place to place to deliver messages? That sort of thing. I don't think I've ever seen something like that here though.
no subject
oh i've seen those in books.
i guess if they have these things they don't need them. maybe the cities have their own lines or something.
no subject
But who knows? I guess it's one of the many things you could find out if you're really going out there.
no subject
yeah, i'll keep you posted.

Guess I'll hear from you again then soon.
