if you're not going to sea, the only other villages i see on the map are gunma and brorudun?? and looks like a desert or mountains are in the way, depending which way you go. sounds like a pain.

okok look, ill be serious just this one time.

the locals for the most part hate us ( more like they hate her, but details.) the rumpies and the kee-kees are at war with each other. wars can last up to months or maybe even years. and WE cant go to either of those places unless u want to be part of the fight. i'd go for the heck of it because i love seeing mayhem, destruction, and things OR people go up in flames. but i cant so whatever.

in order for a city or town to keep buzzing, u need to have endless supplies and resources coming in. to put it simply: trading goods. this is basic how to rule an empire step 1.

aldrip and rumpy had a thing going, and we might STILL have a thing, but we're cut off right now. and definitely cant ask those kees for help. so when the time comes when we, as a city, run dry, and believe me......... we will, who will we go to for resources? especially when this war can last for who knows when?

whether i go now by myself or not, traveling to the mountains or the desert is an inevitable thing we'll have to go through. but why wait until we are low and desperate?

i have a special... item. from home. ive always had it on me. and i kept it tucked away for a VERY long time until recently. see, my rival left his hoverboard here. its super cool. always wanted to ride it!! but what he uses to power the thing is out of juice. so i used my stuff to combine with his. and it worked out ok soooo didnt think much of it. no reason to question it!

i was around the kee-kee area to do some investigation and a dumb bird knock my item out of my hand. and my item decided to explode, and its SUPER WEIRD because the brainy scientists at the academy back home stabilized it so it WOULDNT do that. not anymore anyway.

i mean ok, the kee-kees SORTA had it coming for screwing me over, buuuuuuuuuut even if i wanted to put them in their place, TOTALLY not how i fantasized it in my head. yea, i was aarroouuunnnd the area, but i wasnt there to blow them up. i just wanted to watch them. very carefully.

so i bailed. jerry knew instantly, and didnt give me a chance to explain myself, and here we are.

you know jerry and the council doesn't care about our reasons. they only care about what resulted from it. shit though, jinx, even if it was an accident, this is pretty bad still. it's probably best to tell people what happened.
