[charm: video]
[Instead of Dara's usual appearance, the feed opens to a view of her walking on two legs along the parameter of some crops and holding her charm with only one of two gloved hands. Although it may be hard to tell that it's Dara at all considering her hairstyle switched to a bob that frames a wooden mask covering her face; some may even recognize it as a certain mask representing Fortune. The background may also look familiar to those who've traveled to Rumpitur except the farmland looks significantly healthier than before alongside new wooden pillars that line the edge.]
I've secured the crops for the Rumpiturians. Sounds like there are plans being made already, so don't bother me for extra help with the blight. I've got my hands full over here.
[Yup, that's definitely Dara's voice. Speaking of, there's a small gathering of the snake people that soon swarm the curse god, causing her to fumble the charm and drop it on the ground. Some of the Rumpiturians have tears of joy, a few grinning with hope, and they all have their expectant gazes on her. One even grabs her hands--]
Lady Misogiya-- no, Priestess Misogiya, how could we ever repay you?! If what you said is true, we will never have to starve again! A brighter future for our children. Thank you... and please, will you teach us your ways? We will try our best to provide anything you need in return. Just say the word!
[There are agreeable nods and murmurs, yet Dara's reaction is unreadable thanks to the mask. Even her tone stays neurtal:]
If you all agree to follow my teachings, then so be it. I'll need a place established for monitoring--
A temple, yes! It shall be done!
...Okay, fine. Sure. A small place, nothing big. I also need a large vase for water. But before all that, let's just...talk a bit before we rush into things. [With that, Dara pulls her hands away and picks up her charm to turn it off.]

I mean, they got enough empty buildings, I'm sure they can just use one of those. [.....dark but not untrue.] Or maybe just a little alter by the fields will keep 'em happy.
[Ah, that mention of the sister again. And uh-- she didn't live... with them? Maybe it's an extended family deal.] Yeah, you're never really excited for attention, so I guess it's good she could do that.... But what, you and your sister lived someplace else?

[And she really doesn't want to add on more things.]
Huh? Oh, our parents sent me to the eastern shrine while my elder sister presided over the main shrine.

[Honestly... that's good. The Rumpiturians had needed hope and help. Sure, they'd made some desperate choices that had fucked up Aldrip and the Chosen some, but that's just what people do. They make shit choices and they fuck up and they get so deep into it they can't pull themselves out. Maybe if he were someone better at communicating, he'd say as much. That what Dara was doing was meaningful, regardless of her reasoning.
But he's not. So he doesn't.]
Oh yeah? How many shrines did you guys look after?? [Huh.... There's a whole lot about that relationship and he's only starting to really untangle how much there is. Maybe not a talk for the network.]

pun intendedAs for Shinjiro's UNSAID internal dialogue, they're....unsurprisingly on the same page with their views towards the Rumps. In fact, it's probably better that he says nothing because she might explode from embarrassment if he actually praised her.]
Just the two. Hers the head, mine the tail. [Usually this would be confidential information, but it doesn't really matter when you're in an entirely different world.]

[is he making a joke about his own nearly-being-sacrificed to a tentacle beast by them? Absolutely.]
So keeping them separate? Makes sense.
