It’s been brought to the Council’s attention that crime is getting out of hand, so they sent me here to carry out your Sentencing. They will be selecting those that think need rehabilitation the most, and given a task to show change in character. This cycle of Sentencing has already been executed, and the criminals given their chance at change.
You may also contact me at this channel to make apparent any crimes that may be committed. We cannot see and hear all, so your assistance is necessary. Tomfoolery will not be tolerated.
