Ah, you seem to have your own chocobo. Yours looks particularly... Unique? Are those little ear feathers?

yeah. you know how sometimes you wake up and find something from home? i got a chocobo. the ear feathers are common for chocobos on pulse -- no idea why the ones here don't have them

i would not be surpried. Scramble has a mind of her own, and will wander off anywhere with a group of chickens if she could.

But hmm, it is not insensitive. I suppose I am just used to having a sanctuary of sorts for my animals. I had this set up at home, so I carried it over here. That, and... I am not much of a meat eater myself. Perhaps the occasional fish or two but I mainly eat what I grow on my farm.

Feel free to come pick some of the vegetables and fruits for your chocobo here. I am not sure what they prefer to eat, but... Rivoix and Hrist seem to be enjoying whatever I feed them.

huh...i see. so it's less for food and more for sheltering the animals. [Like...pets, almost? It's not something Noel is familiar with personally, but he knows that people kept animal companions at other times on Pulse, when things were less...the way they are.]

i know that chocobos like gysahl greens, too. they look kinda like green carrots. they're native to my world, but i've been seeing them around here lately, too

You may or may not find her in Aldrip from time to time. She has a little bell around her neck that I put on her, so the locals know to bring her back to my farm should she escape. However, she is... Quite fast, so the best you can do is chase her back to the farm.

Yes, something like that. While I do eat meat from time to time, I just do not eat the ones on the farm. I suppose that is strange for someone that raises animals, but alas.

Gysahl Greens, you say? Do you have a picture of what they might look like?

i guess it makes sense. people do it with chocobos, in my world. i'm probably the weird one here, to be honest. in my time, no one really kept animals like that.

Ah, yes. That reminds me of my own chicken... Scramble. She eats quite a bit, and has gotten quite large. You may find some similarities in appearance.

Yes, it is. It is funny to see how large she truly is... I had her when she was just an egg and incubating. I do not know how she got so large, but she is almost on par with a chocobo. ... Well, not quite as big, but you know what I mean.

Quite right. I have put her in the barn for now, as she is too... Large to fit into the coop. You may find her in the city, as she likes to escape and wander around town, but she is well mannered and kind. Perhaps kind enough to relax with your chocobo, if Wark wants a buddy.
