Mizuki doesn't know why she hears Boss's voice at that moment. Perhaps Jinx's words just resonate with her, which is something that she never would've expected when they met. Maybe she'll never understand her completely, and maybe they'll never be friends, but at least for now, it feels like she's gotten another piece of the puzzle that is Jinx.
