Which means by absolutely being ready for anything but also prepared to leave at any given moment. She's one hundred percent determined she's going to amend this situation, for her and everyone else trapped here. But she needs information first, and that's why she's addressing the other Chosen now.]

Hello, everyone. My name is Caitlyn Kiramman. Like many of you, I believe my arrival here to be a mistake and am eager to have this situation rectified as quickly as possible. Those I've already spoken to haven't known much about our captors, so I'm curious: what have the rest of you learned? I doubt I'm the only one eager to investigate the truth behind our arrival here, and how to get home. To those already investigating, I'm willing to work together to continue your efforts. I have experience looking into far-fetched and impossible to solve cases, already.

[She pauses here, then tilts her head.] And also-- where might I find a gun for purchase?

I don't know that I would quite say enlightening, but it does make me wonder what being here could think they have the authority to accuse and sentence us for these supposed "crimes."

My father works in weapons design. I learned enough from him that I should be able to come up with some decent sketches. Do you recommend anyone in particular?

[It probably won't be nearly as fancy as her folding rifle, and definitely not as nice as a hextech weapon, but something is better than nothing.]

.. by 'far-fetched', do you mean regular stuff that just seems strange, or do you outright mean the supernatural?

[ The girl's tone is very even - it's hard to detect any emotion in it at all as she speaks. Her face is very much the same, like a pokerface of sorts. ]

I'm definitely interested in sharing information with people who seem to be taking our predicament here seriously and are looking into stuff as well, so I can do that. I'm just curious. [ Hence her question. ]

I was investigating a crime-lord that was dealing and smuggling drugs that give people superhuman abilities. So yes.

[It still breaks her heart, thinking about how the Lanes were flooded with this drug. All for Silco to get control and maintain control by the addicts it created.]

If there isn't already a group comparing notes, I think it would be valuable to form one. More heads are better than one, as they say. Have you learned anything interesting?

[ Huh. It's not the kind of supernatural Ange expected - the other's case sounds a little more like.. like something you'd find in a superhero story, maybe, she thinks? - but it works, she guesses.

The important part here is the fact that the other does seem to be very serious about this, anyway. ]

It depends on your definition of interesting. I think most of the stuff I've found out so far is only to be expected for this sort of place. [ There's still not much emotion in her tone, but there's perhaps the faintest hint of disappointment. ] Like the fact that all of us truly seem to come from different worlds entirely, and that some people claim to not have committed the crimes they were assigned upon arriving here.

[ She shrugs a little. ]

But that kind of felt like a facade from the very start, right?

[ Judging by his voice, it's pretty clear he's rather skeptical of that. ]

Yes, that's correct. Therefore, a mistake.

[Of all the guilty, corrupt, treasonous people she encountered in her investigation, the things she did were all to save Piltover and Zaun. There was nothing treacherous in her actions. Of that, she is confident of. Did she disobey orders? Sure, but it was for the greater good. The actual greater good, not like the lies other told themselves to make them feel better for murder and chaos.]

Unfortunately, I've been coming to the same conclusion.

Funny, you're the first person I've come across here that claims they didn't commit the crime they're accused of.

[ Which, admittedly, doesn't necessarily mean she's lying ─ it's not like he has any clue how this whole thing works anyway ─ but it is suspicious. ]

A mistake... I certainly know how that feels. Unfortunately, our captors are out of our hands for the time being. Though, I must admit, I have not done much research or investigated myself. I figured that my time for judgment will come.

As for the gun... You may try the smithy, but I do not think they have the technology for such a weapon as of yet. Might I suggest you have a knife at your side for the time being?

But why wait for judgement over a crime you didn't commit? That doesn't seem right. [She just doesn't people to be punished for things they didn't do! Or face a punishment that didn't fit the crime.

She thinks of Vi, because, of course she does. Has Vi committed crimes? Caitlyn honestly doesn't want to think about what Vi's done that she isn't aware of. But that didn't make her a bad person. She was a person in a bad situation. There had to be a better way to go about things, and pulling people into strange new worlds to punish them across the board was not how to do things.]

Don't worry, I've already gotten my hands on one. [As if she could stay weapon free, with Jinx around. But a knife wasn't her forte.] Still, I would prefer a gun at my side. Perhaps a blacksmith might be able to create something if I bring them a design?

[Thank the gods she paid attention to her dad's job and learned everything she could about a gun's inner working.]

I suppose I am not one to fight such things... That, and I do have an inkling that they do not care whether or not our crimes are false or true.

[At this rate, there isn't much they can do but investigate, should they want to. Astralin hasn't been interested in such, and has been biding his time here until sentencing. If only because he was more than prepared to show them his magic for bringing him here.]

Perhaps... It would not hurt to bring a blueprint, should you have any. I could also help you create a replica to show to the blacksmith.

[He turns on his video, and Caitlyn will notice his fingertips glowing. Shards of ice forming alongside his hands, before his fingers weave slightly to create a simple handgun from his world.]

So far, the people who brought us here haven't revealed themselves, and no one around town seems to know how to find them--they just assume that we were brought here by their gods. But there are certainly forces here far beyond those of normal humans.

This is definitely beyond any human I'm aware of. But even if it were a deity, why punish those for crimes they didn't commit? Or for crimes that certainly don't fit the punishment?

Perhaps they're misinformed. I don't know how they gathered their information on us, but there are terrible slanders about my family circulating all throughout my homeland. Not that I think our enemies have a direct line to gods--but they still could have heard the wrong things.
