he's got a giant scar on his eye. you wouldn't be able to miss it. talks like a slimy businessman, too.

Ah. Then I have run into him before. He was rather inquisitive but nothing more than that. What... Exactly did he do? He informed me that his charge was for racketeering.

he killed the person who cared for me and my sister, flooded the streets with drugs, and tried to wage a war he couldn't win.

that's just to name a few things.

... Well, that is quite the list of crimes. He did mention that he is surprised that he is here on a racketeering charge. I was just not aware of how many crimes he has committed.

[That's... Honestly kind of impressive. It reminds him of someone from back home that he didn't particularly like, but he'll see how this pans out.]

I will remain somewhat friendly, and report back to you if he reveals any plans to me. ... But I am sorry, Vi. If you want, come by the farm and see the animals at any time. I cannot... Imagine the levels of stress you may have at this very moment, but, regardless, some animal therapy may help.
