Why would I want to fight a wyvern? I'd want to befriend it, of course!

Good point. Unfortunately, people in our world are a bit competitive, you see. But no, if I see one, I will inform you immediately. Are they quite common in your world?

We're plenty competitive. Wyverns just usually aren't on the receiving end of that stuff.

Back home, we usually ride them. There are entire armies made up entirely of wyvern riders, just like you'd get horses or pegasi. Gotta admit, I've been missing my own.

[... Yeah. People certainly ride dragons back in his world, but not in the way that is entirely proper. But uh. Astralin isn't going to mention that, and just nod his way through the conversation, even though Claude can't see.]

They must be mild in temper if you are able to ride them like so. The dragons in our world are... Quite aggressive, but they do have minds of their own. They are able to speak and act like we do... Some can even turn into humanoids, if they so choose.

They have the same temper they're approached with. If you approach them with kindness, they'll respond in kind. But if you're an awful rider, don't expect not to get knocked off your steed.

They definitely don't turn humanoid, though. Then again, if I were a wyvern, why would I possibly want to turn into a squishy little human?

I see. I never had the pleasure to use one as a steed, but perhaps if one comes to Expiation, I would be more than happy to try.

Ah, well. They turn into a squishy human because they want to mate with different species.
