From what I've been seeing on the network and speaking to others, their opinion is mostly along the lines that we should be tested to examine whether we can repent from our various sins.

[He personally found the sheer notion to be basic. People had proven themselves over and over again that they will be reduced to their base instincts and that some had no issue with the actions that they had taken. Why forgive a monster when that was the only way to survive the world that they had been born and raised in?

It seemed an easy enough answer to him, and he had no intention of regretting his decisions. His dream required that he take the lawless Undercity by the throat and drag it into the light, and he would do whatever it took for that.

Court proceedings take a long time unless you're a rich family from what I understand. The rest of us are simply thrown in jail until the proceedings. I will assume the same for this place until proven otherwise.
